Have me in your pocket for a day or a week…
Sometimes our parts just need space to be heard. Sometimes we need help discerning what’s a part’s voice and what’s the calm, clear voice of our Self. And sometimes we just need someone walking alongside us while we sort it out.
That’s what these spaces are. A day or a week of compassionate reflection, intuitive insight, and honest conversation about your inner world. We’ll welcome the parts that show up — the worried ones, the perfectionists, the protectors, the playful sparks — and give them room to share what they’ve been holding. And through it all, I’ll help you stay connected to your Self-Energy: calm, curious, compassionate, and clear.
We’ll use the Voxer to do this. It’s an app that allows us to send voice memos and text messages back and forth.
While I can’t promise exact outcomes, I can promise that you’ll be met with care, respect, and an invitation to tap into your own inner leadership.
Megan Day
A full day to listen to your parts and strengthen your connection to Self.
Think of this as having me in your pocket for a day. You can drop in whenever a part gets loud, tangled, or curious — and I’ll help you slow down, hear what it’s trying to say, and respond from Self.
This isn’t about rushing or fixing. It’s about creating space to notice, reflect, and begin to untangle what’s really happening inside. You’ll end the day with more clarity, more compassion for your parts, and a stronger sense of your Self leading the way.
Megan Week
For when your parts are in the middle of a shift.
Over a week, you’ll have room to notice how your inner world changes moment to moment. Maybe your Manager part shows up on Monday, your Firefighter bursts in on Wednesday, and by Friday, an Exile is tenderly asking to be seen.
Together, we’ll track those shifts as they unfold, so you can respond from Self-Energy instead of being swept away by the strongest voice in the room. You’ll have steady support as your system recalibrates, so you can integrate new clarity and compassion into your everyday life.
A Note About This Time Together
If the investment feels like too much pressure or commitment, please don’t do it. If it feels like support, spaciousness, and an invitation to let your Self lead — that’s your sign this is right for you.
These spaces are about inner shifts. And when parts experience being seen, heard, and cared for by Self, the ripple effect naturally shows up in your outer world too.
How It Works
You choose a day or a week
We connect via voice + text messages (through Voxer or a similar app).
You drop in as often or as little as you want — no pressure to “use it all,” no need to hold back either.
I’ll respond as soon as I can — sometimes in minutes, often within a few hours.
We move at a natural, Self-led rhythm. You’ll feel my thoughtful, compassionate presence throughout.
Once you purchase, you’ll receive an email with details on how to connect with me. From there, we begin — no urgency, just an open space to support you and your parts whenever you need it.
Agreements
By entering this space, you acknowledge that you are the creator of your reality (or are exploring that idea with curiosity). You take full responsibility for yourself, your choices, and your well-being. This is your journey, and you are choosing it of your own accord. This is not therapy, and I am not a therapist. I can help guide you to your own healing.
