I’m Megan — an IFS-Informed coach, writer, and human with over 20 years of experience helping people as a business consultant, and now as an IFS-Informed coach. I love exploring all the beautifully complicated parts that long to feel more understood, supported, and empowered. My work blends deep emotional insight with grounded, practical tools you can use in real-life moments (like when your Aunt asks one of those questions and your friend forgets to get you a gift).
I created the Holiday Parts Survival Kit because the season brings out a lot — perfectionistic parts, overwhelmed parts, lonely inner children, stressed-out helpers, and that one Firefighter who really just wants to scroll in a dark room. I’ve met all of these parts in myself and in the people I support, and I wanted to make something gentle, accessible, and actually enjoyable for you and your system.
My approach is part science, part intuition, part creativity, and part “let’s make IFS feel less intimidating and a lot more magical.” I believe you already have everything you need inside you — your Self-energy is your superpower — and I’m here to help you uncover it with compassion, clarity, and a little sparkle.
